From Cruise Ship Kitchens
Founded by Inocencio “Kuya Moks” Piñon, a former cruise ship cook who turned his passion for Filipino comfort food into a local favorite.
To a Humble Mobile Cart
Began in July 2020 with a small cart in Isabela’s markets and terminals, serving comforting bowls of pares, lugaw, and goto that felt like home.
